NAMING
A longlist of over a hundred names
were evaluated and tested before
the final selection. PROVENCE
RESIDENCE was felt to best convey
the French-inspired living theme of
the architectural design.
LOGO AND SIGNATURE LINE
The all-text logo design aims at
projecting a clean, contemporary
image of French elegance with
the signature line, “Say Bonjour to
French-inspired Living.”
Brand Development
MASCOT
An iconic illustration of a French
girl riding a bicycle dressed in a
pink beret, breton striped top,
red skirt and yellow heels, was
created to give more dimension
to the brand personality and open
up more avenues to promote
PROVENCE RESIDENCE as
highlighted in the experiential
marketing.
Concept Development
PRESS AD
Designed to capture the Frenchinspired
living theme. Key visuals
feature the artist’s impression of
the development’s swimming pool
and topiary landscape. The mascot
and signature line sums up the
French-inspired aesthetic of the ad.

The French theme and aesthetic
was carried through to the
brochure with headers like
“Bienvenue - Welcome to a life
of French-inspired elegance and
beauty.” and “Bonjour! Say Hello to
French elegance and contemporary
styling.” along with iconic French
imagery and illustrations.

Maintaining the French theme, this
mobile-optimised website provides
more information about Provence
Residence (including a virtual
tour of the show gallery and show
units) to help potential buyers
understand the development
better.

TOUR DE SINGAPORE
A convoy of cyclists dressed in a
pink beret, breton striped top, red
skirt and yellow heels (like the
Provence Residence mascot) cycle
along Orchard Road’s pedestrian
mall and East Coast Park,
giving out roses with a tag inviting
recipients to visit the Provence
Residence showflat.

journey of how the French-inspired
development was conceived, and
how the architecture & landscape
design captures the elegance of
French styling.

The design is punctuated with
Provence Residence’s tagline,
“Say Bonjour! to French-inspired
Living.” while the mascot is
positioned to give the illusion of
her cycling merrily alongside the
bus with her scarf fluttering in the
wind.

Alternating bright orange and lime
green panels catches the eyes with
iconic French motifs and attractive
imagery.

The interior design of the show
gallery features elegant touches

visitors’ easy viewing.
